CLASS: 27 years of professional career brought Adi to gather her insights and inputs and form the approach which resonant in her classes : LIM /Life Is Moving. The name says it all. Adi offers the opportunity to explore and refine the connection and understanding of how to enhance, sense and present movement. She invites you to dive into the endless depths and spread your wings into the open distance. Adi is excited to share her vast knowledge and experience, and invites you to enrich the world of movement, and find embodied tools which will allow you to immerse life with your passion to dance. BIO: Born in 1975. Dancing officially entered Adi’s life at the age of six. Since then she lives and breathes this profession. Adi has experienced various aspects of the dance world at the utmost professional level. Her journey in the dance world started at the prestigious Israeli Bat-Dor Dance School, where she was a student for 12 years, and she graduated with excellence from Alon High School for the Arts. Upon graduation she was accepted to join the Young Batsheva Ensemble, and two years later was invited to join the main Batsheva Company where she danced for 5 successful years. After leaving the company, Ohad Naharin invited her to act as his main assistant and to stage his repertoire for leading companies around the world. As a senior certified Gaga Technique teacher, she taught Gaga Dancers & People classes and was the Artistic Director for several Gaga intensive courses. Adi was the Co-Artistic Director of The Batsheva Dance Company together with Ohad Naharin, for 8 years, 2009-2017. Adi has been the head of the dance department at Thelma-Yellin, a leading High School of the Arts in Israel. This year Adi will complete the B.Ed studies at The Faculty of the Arts at Kibbutzim College of Education. Adi is an independent choreographer, and is invited to create for dance companies and different dance projects. Her creations are performed worldwide. Adi is a guest artist in many dance workshops around the globe. With her reputation as an internationally acclaimed dance educator and director, she is mentoring dancers from the whole range of the dance world.
